Free 3-Day Routine Challenge for Muslim Moms
Are you you surviving chaos? Feeling overwhelmed with house chores, juggling family and your own needs..?
When moms don’t have a routine, or good time management skills, the #1 thing that will suffer is their mental health.
Whether you are a stay at home or you are a working mom (from home or otherwise) or a homeschooler — sooner or later, this will be the end of your big dreams. Stay at home moms feel resentful, working moms end up exhausted and homeschoolers quit because of a lack of system!
But here’s the truth, all this could have been avoided if your routine worked.
A good routine brings not only order in your home, but also helps you get things done. It creates a place where you and your children can feel appreciated and encouraged to show your best behavior. It helps mothers have more time and children to have a safe, nurturing home.
Happy family = happy mom!

What is the 3-Day Routine Challenge for Muslim Moms? Is it free to join?
This challenge is 100% free to join. You will receive a bunch of emails with discussion on how to create a perfect routine that is based around your family while balancing household chores and making the routine stick.
I know you may have tried many routines and schedules. May be you tried to build one by yourself, or you searched the internet for examples and tried to modify them to your lifestyle, but it didn’t work.
Or may be your routine works only for one season, but when you go on a vacation or are away from your home for sometime, it just falls flat. Or it could be that you had a new addition to your family, or you moved homes or jobs, or started school and now your routine is very different. There are many reasons why routines stop working.
In this series, I am sharing with you the mistakes that we mothers make when we set routines for our families and how to avoid them. I am also sharing how to layer your home chores – cleaning, cooking and laundry with your everyday family routines. And then we also solve the problem of how to be consistent with your routine everyday.
This challenge is free to join. You can take the tips that I am sharing each day and instantly apply them to your life. If any time you want to ask a question, you can reply to the emails and I will reply back. If you need further assistance or you want to work closely with me, you can join my coaching program.
ABOUT ME:
I am Ayesha I. Siddiqua (M.Sc, Certification in Applied Positive Psychology and Resilience). I am a behaviour expert, CEO of ILM Powered Solutions FZE and a work from home mother of four. I have been writing about routines and everyday productivity since 2014.
I am a business owner now but I was once just a trailing expat wife and stay at home mother. I have been working and studying from home with little babies and tots around me for the past 18 years. And now as an entrepreneur, I have experience with running a business, handling employees and deadlines with homeschooling and public-schooling my children.
If anyone knows how to run a home and business while homeschooling children, with constant interruptions, endless to-do lists – with the pressure to endlessly drive results while maintaining peace and harmony at home, I sure do.
If you want to know how to manage a home with little babies and toddlers, raise good self-sufficient children, follow your dreams AND have time for rest and relationships, you have come to the right place. I’d love to share with you all my tricks and hacks.
